Visit the library to check out a Meta Quest VR headset for up to two hours. You can use the headset in any comfortable spot within the library. Headsets are available at the library office—stop by, and we'll help you get started on your virtual reality experience!
Our Meta Quest 2 and Meta Quest 3 headsets come preloaded with First Steps, an excellent introduction to virtual reality. This interactive experience helps you get familiar with your VR environment and controllers while showcasing the incredible potential of the Oculus platform. It’s a perfect way to explore VR—stop by and take your first steps today!

VR Headset Usage Guidelines
VR headsets are available for checkout at the library office. Return them directly to a library staff member.
Headsets can hold a charge for up to 4 hours. Only use the provided charging cable.
This item must be returned by the due date and time stated in your email receipt.
Availability is first-come, first-served; items cannot be placed on hold.
Replacement cost: $800 + $50 processing fee.

Borrowing Policies
A valid MVC ID is required to borrow VR equipment.
The loan period is 2 hours, and equipment must remain in the library.
Users are responsible for the condition and return of all equipment. Unreturned, stolen, or damaged items will incur replacement fees.
